⚠️ Important Risk Warning

Trading financial instruments can result in substantial losses. You may lose some or all of the capital committed to trading. Master Furry software, indicators, automated systems, AI Intelligence, signals, scores, targets and other technical outputs cannot guarantee profits or prevent losses.

01

Purpose of This Disclosure

This Risk Disclosure applies to Master Furry products and services involving financial-market analysis, automated trading software, technical indicators, algorithmic signals, market intelligence and related educational tools.

It is intended to help users understand material risks before using Master Furry products in connection with live financial markets.

02

Trading Involves Risk

Financial markets can move rapidly and unpredictably. Prices may be affected by economic events, political events, market sentiment, liquidity, interest rates, news, volatility, technical factors and many other circumstances.

No software system can reliably eliminate these risks.

Never trade with money that you cannot afford to lose. Consider your financial circumstances, experience, objectives and tolerance for loss before engaging in leveraged or speculative trading.

03

Markets Covered by This Risk Warning

Risks described on this page may apply to markets including:

Forex Currency markets can move rapidly and may involve substantial leverage.
CFDs & Indices Leveraged derivative products can amplify both gains and losses.
Cryptocurrencies Crypto markets may experience extreme volatility, gaps and liquidity changes.
Commodities Gold, energy and other commodities may respond sharply to macroeconomic and geopolitical events.
Stocks & ETFs Equity prices can decline and may be affected by company-specific and broader market events.
Other Instruments Any financial instrument analysed using Master Furry remains subject to its own market and execution risks.
04

Leverage Risk

Some trading accounts and financial instruments permit the use of leverage or margin.

Leverage can amplify relatively small market movements. This means gains can increase, but losses can also increase rapidly.

Depending on the instrument, broker, jurisdiction and account terms, leveraged trading can result in rapid depletion of trading capital.

05

Automated Trading Risk

Some Master Furry products are Expert Advisors or other automated systems capable of analysing markets and interacting with a trading platform.

Automated software may continue operating without continuous human intervention when enabled by the user.

This introduces additional risks including:

  • Incorrect settings;
  • Unexpected market behaviour;
  • Broker execution problems;
  • Internet failure;
  • VPS failure;
  • Platform disconnection;
  • Software conflicts;
  • Unexpected spread expansion;
  • Price gaps;
  • Third-party platform errors.

Automated trading does not mean risk-free trading. Users remain responsible for monitoring their accounts and deciding when automated trading should be enabled.

06

Stop Losses Do Not Guarantee a Maximum Loss

Stop-loss orders and algorithmic risk controls are designed to manage risk but cannot guarantee execution at the exact requested price.

During rapid markets, gaps, low liquidity or abnormal volatility, an order may be executed at a materially different price or may be subject to broker-specific execution rules.

Therefore, actual losses may exceed an intended stop distance or programmed risk limit.

07

Daily Profit & Loss Limits

Certain Master Furry Expert Advisors may contain programmed daily risk-management thresholds.

Such thresholds are risk-management features, not guarantees that an account can never gain or lose more than the programmed percentage.

Factors such as slippage, gaps, simultaneous positions, execution delays, broker behaviour and platform interruptions may cause realised outcomes to differ from intended thresholds.

08

BUY, SELL, SHORT & WATCH Signals

Master Furry products may display labels such as:

  • BUY;
  • SELL;
  • SHORT;
  • WATCH;
  • QUALIFIED;
  • ACTIVE;
  • ELITE;
  • WAIT;
  • RESOLVED.

These labels are outputs generated by programmed technical rules and should not be interpreted as guarantees, promises of profit or personalised instructions to trade.

Every technical signal can fail.

09

Master Furry Algo Pro

Master Furry Algo Pro may display technical information including BOS, CHOCH, BUY/SELL setups, trend bands, momentum conditions, support/resistance, setup scores, multi-timeframe states, entries, stops and targets.

These values are generated algorithmically and should be used as technical-analysis references only.

They are not predictions that a market must reach a particular target or respect a particular level.

10

Momentum Engine

Momentum readings such as bullish/bearish bias, expansion, compression, divergences and quality scores represent calculated technical conditions.

Momentum can reverse rapidly and may provide false or misleading signals in certain market environments.

Divergence does not guarantee a reversal, and momentum agreement does not guarantee continuation.

11

Master Furry AI Intelligence

Master Furry AI Intelligence may generate or display:

  • Opportunity rankings;
  • Technical scores;
  • Market regimes;
  • Multi-timeframe analysis;
  • Support and resistance;
  • Entry references;
  • Targets and stops;
  • Correlation information;
  • Forward-tracked setups;
  • Algorithmic explanations.

These outputs are analytical tools and may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unsuitable for a particular decision.

The use of the term “AI” does not imply that Master Furry can predict future market prices with certainty or remove trading risk.

12

Market Data Risk

Master Furry products may rely upon financial-market data obtained from independent providers.

Market data can be:

  • Delayed;
  • Temporarily unavailable;
  • Incomplete;
  • Incorrect;
  • Different from broker pricing;
  • Affected by provider outages;
  • Subject to market-session limitations.

You should not assume that a price displayed through Master Furry is identical to the executable price offered by your broker or trading venue.

13

Third-Party Platform Risk

Master Furry products may operate alongside or depend upon independent services such as MetaTrader, TradingView, brokers, hosting providers, market-data APIs or operating systems.

Master Furry LTD does not control these independent services.

Changes, outages or errors affecting those services may impact product availability or behaviour.

14

Broker & Execution Differences

Trading results can vary materially between brokers and accounts.

Differences can arise from:

  • Price feeds;
  • Spreads;
  • Commission;
  • Swap charges;
  • Execution speed;
  • Minimum trade sizes;
  • Trading hours;
  • Slippage;
  • Liquidity;
  • Symbol naming conventions;
  • Broker-specific restrictions.
15

Backtesting Risk

Backtesting applies trading logic to historical market data.

Backtested performance can be materially different from live-market performance.

Differences may arise from:

  • Data quality;
  • Spread assumptions;
  • Execution assumptions;
  • Slippage;
  • Liquidity;
  • Commission;
  • Model assumptions;
  • Market-regime changes.

Backtests should never be interpreted as a promise of future profitability.

16

Hypothetical & Simulated Results

Hypothetical, simulated, paper-trading or demonstration results have inherent limitations.

They may not reflect the psychological, operational, liquidity or execution challenges associated with actual trading.

Actual performance can differ materially from simulated performance.

17

Forward Performance Tracking

Some Master Furry systems may record technical setups after they become qualified or active and observe how those setups subsequently develop.

Forward tracking improves transparency but does not eliminate the limitations associated with hypothetical analysis.

A tracked technical setup is not necessarily equivalent to a real trade executed in a customer’s account at the same price.

18

Past Performance

Past performance is not a reliable indicator or guarantee of future results.

Strategies that performed well under previous market conditions may perform differently or poorly when conditions change.

19

Market Regime Changes

No technical strategy performs identically in every market regime.

Trending, ranging, volatile, illiquid and event-driven markets can produce materially different behaviour.

Algorithmic systems can experience extended periods of underperformance even if they performed effectively under previous conditions.

20

Position Sizing

Position sizing is an important component of risk management.

Automated calculations may help estimate an appropriate trade size according to programmed parameters, but the customer remains responsible for determining whether the resulting exposure is suitable for their circumstances.

Larger positions and greater leverage generally increase the financial consequences of adverse market movements.

21

News & Event Risk

Scheduled and unexpected events can create rapid price movement.

Examples include:

  • Interest-rate decisions;
  • Employment reports;
  • Inflation releases;
  • Government announcements;
  • Corporate results;
  • Geopolitical developments;
  • Unexpected economic events.

Technical indicators may react only after market conditions have already changed materially.

22

Technology Risk

Trading technology can fail.

Potential technical problems include:

  • Internet disconnections;
  • Server outages;
  • Hardware failure;
  • VPS interruptions;
  • Trading-platform crashes;
  • Software errors;
  • API failures;
  • Delayed data;
  • Incorrect user configuration.

Users should maintain reasonable monitoring and contingency arrangements appropriate to their trading activity.

23

Demo & Paper Trading

We strongly recommend learning how a Master Furry product behaves in a demo or paper-trading environment before using it with live capital.

Demo trading can help users understand the product interface, settings and technical behaviour.

However, demo results can differ from live trading because execution, liquidity and psychological factors may be different.

24

No Financial Advice

Master Furry LTD provides software, technical analysis, algorithmic tools, market information and educational resources.

Master Furry LTD does not provide personalised financial, investment, portfolio-management or trading advice.

Customer support is limited to software, product, account and technical assistance.

25

Your Responsibility

You remain solely responsible for decisions made in your own trading or investment accounts.

Before using Master Furry with live capital, you should independently determine:

  • Whether trading is suitable for you;
  • How much capital you are prepared to risk;
  • Which markets you understand;
  • Which instruments you are permitted to trade;
  • Whether your broker and platform are appropriate;
  • What position size is acceptable;
  • When a strategy should be disabled.
26

Independent Professional Advice

If you are uncertain about the suitability of trading, investment risk, taxation or financial consequences, consider obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified independent professional.

Master Furry software should not replace professional advice where such advice is appropriate to your circumstances.

27

No Guarantee of Profit

Master Furry LTD does not guarantee that any customer will make money, achieve a particular percentage return, avoid losses or reach a particular financial objective.

Any representation suggesting that financial-market results are certain should not be relied upon.

28

Acceptance of Risk

By choosing to use a Master Furry trading or market-analysis product, you acknowledge that financial markets involve risk and that technical or automated systems can produce losses.

You accept responsibility for determining how and whether a Master Furry product is used in connection with your own financial activity.

29

Changes to This Risk Disclosure

Master Furry LTD may update this Risk Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, technology, market practices or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on the Master Furry website.
