Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between the original purchaser or authorised user (“you”) and Master Furry LTD (“Master Furry”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, activating or using Master Furry software, you agree to comply with this EULA.

If you do not agree with this EULA, you must not install, access or use the relevant software.

Products Covered

This EULA applies to software and digital products supplied by Master Furry LTD, including where applicable:

• Master Furry Expert Advisors;
• Master Furry Pro Expert Advisors;
• MetaTrader software and related files;
• Master Furry Algo Pro;
• Master Furry Momentum Engine;
• TradingView Pine Script products;
• Indicators and technical-analysis software;
• Algorithmic tools;
• Associated documentation and user guides;
• Software updates and replacement versions.

Grant of Licence

The licence allows use of the software but does not transfer ownership of the software or any underlying intellectual property.

Multiple Trading Accounts

The original purchaser may use eligible Master Furry software on multiple trading accounts for their own use.

This may include multiple compatible MetaTrader accounts, brokers or other supported environments, provided the software remains under the control and use of the original purchaser.

Multiple-account permission does not authorise distribution of the software to unrelated third parties.

Multiple Devices

The purchaser may install eligible software on multiple compatible computers, VPS environments or devices where reasonably necessary for their own use.

This does not permit commercial redistribution, account sharing or provision of copies to other customers.

Lifetime Usage

Where a product is sold with lifetime use, the licence permits the original purchaser to continue using the purchased software without recurring licence charges, subject to this EULA.

“Lifetime” refers to the duration of the granted licence for the purchased software and does not transfer intellectual property ownership.

Continued operation may depend on compatible third-party platforms, operating systems, brokers or infrastructure that Master Furry LTD does not control.

Updates

Where updates are included with the purchased product, updates made generally available for that product are supplied without an additional update charge.

Updates may include:

• Bug fixes;
• Performance improvements;
• Compatibility updates;
• Security improvements;
• Interface improvements;
• Feature refinements;
• Documentation updates.

An entitlement to updates for one purchased product does not automatically grant access to every separate future product, service or product family developed by Master Furry LTD.

Ownership

Master Furry LTD retains ownership of all rights, title and interest in and to the software and associated intellectual property.

This includes, without limitation:

• Source code;
• Compiled software;
• Pine Script code;
• Algorithms;
• Trading logic;
• Scoring systems;
• Signal-generation logic;
• Interfaces;
• Dashboards;
• Documentation;
• Branding;
• Visual designs;
• Product names;
• Proprietary methods.

No Transfer of Copyright or Source Rights

Purchasing a Master Furry product is a purchase of a licence to use the software.

It does not transfer:

• Copyright ownership;
• Source-code ownership;
• Algorithm ownership;
• Trademark rights;
• Resale rights;
• Distribution rights;
• Derivative-work rights except where expressly permitted by law.

Prohibited Distribution

This prohibition includes distribution through:

• Websites;
• Forums;
• File-sharing platforms;
• Telegram groups;
• Discord servers;
• Cloud storage links;
• Email distribution;
• Commercial software marketplaces;
• Social media groups;
• Private resale arrangements.

No Resale

You may not resell Master Furry software, whether in its original form or after modification.

You may not package Master Furry software with another service or product and charge another person for access to the underlying software without written authorisation.

No Rebranding or White-Labelling

You may not remove Master Furry branding and present the software as your own product.

Without written permission, you may not:

• Rename the software for resale;
• Replace Master Furry branding with another brand;
• Claim authorship of the software;
• Offer the software as a white-label product;
• Misrepresent the origin or developer of the software.

Reverse Engineering & Source Extraction

Except to the extent applicable law expressly provides a non-excludable right, you must not attempt to:

• Reverse engineer the software;
• Decompile protected software;
• Disassemble protected software;
• Extract proprietary source code;
• Recover protected trading logic;
• Bypass code protection;
• Reconstruct proprietary algorithms;
• Defeat obfuscation or licensing protections.

TradingView & Pine Script Products

Where Master Furry provides Pine Script source code or TradingView-related software, the code remains protected intellectual property.

Access to source code does not grant permission to:

• Republish the code publicly;
• Sell copies of the script;
• Create substantially copied commercial products;
• Remove ownership notices;
• Share paid code with non-purchasers;
• Rebrand the script for commercial resale.

Expert Advisors

Master Furry Expert Advisors may be installed on supported MetaTrader environments and used by the original purchaser on multiple trading accounts.

The customer remains responsible for:

• Installing the EA correctly;
• Selecting appropriate broker accounts;
• Choosing whether Auto-Trading is enabled;
• Reviewing settings;
• Monitoring their trading account;
• Understanding the risks of automated execution.

Modification for Personal Use

Where editable source code is intentionally supplied, the purchaser may make reasonable modifications for their own internal use, provided that doing so does not violate any applicable platform terms or this EULA.

Modified versions remain subject to restrictions on redistribution, resale and unauthorised commercial use where they incorporate Master Furry proprietary code or intellectual property.

No Guarantee of Compatibility

Master Furry aims to maintain reasonable compatibility with supported platforms and environments.

However, independent third parties may change:

• Trading platforms;
• Programming languages;
• APIs;
• Operating systems;
• Broker infrastructure;
• TradingView functionality;
• MetaTrader functionality.

We cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future third-party change.

Third-Party Platforms

Master Furry software may operate with independent platforms such as MetaTrader, TradingView, broker systems or market-data providers.

Use of those platforms is also subject to the terms and technical requirements of the relevant third party.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Master Furry LTD is independent from those third-party providers.

Trading Risk

The software is a technical and algorithmic tool.

It does not guarantee profitable trading and does not remove market risk.

Use of the software for live trading is entirely at the user’s discretion and remains subject to the Master Furry Risk Disclosure & Trading Disclaimer.

No Financial Advice

The software is not provided as personalised financial, investment or trading advice.

Signals, entries, targets, stops and automated execution produced by the software arise from programmed logic rather than an individual suitability assessment.

Technical Support

Master Furry LTD provides reasonable technical support for legitimate purchasers.

Support may include:

• Installation assistance;
• Download assistance;
• Configuration guidance;
• Troubleshooting;
• Access restoration;
• Update assistance;
• Investigation of identified software faults.

Support does not include personalised trading advice.

Licence Abuse

Master Furry LTD may investigate suspected unauthorised redistribution, resale, sharing, licence circumvention or material misuse of its software.

Where reasonable evidence of serious licence abuse exists, affected account or product access may be suspended while the matter is investigated.

Termination of Licence

Master Furry LTD may terminate a licence where the purchaser materially breaches this EULA, including through:

• Unauthorised redistribution;
• Commercial resale;
• Deliberate licence circumvention;
• Fraud;
• Serious intellectual-property infringement.

Where reasonably appropriate, Master Furry LTD may first provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.

Effect of Termination

If a licence is validly terminated because of a serious breach, the user must cease unauthorised use and distribution of the affected software.

Termination does not transfer, waive or extinguish Master Furry LTD’s intellectual-property rights.

Refunded or Reversed Purchases

Where a purchase is validly refunded, cancelled or reversed, the associated software licence may be withdrawn where appropriate.

A refunded purchase does not create a continuing right to use the digital software associated with that transaction.

Copies & Backups

The purchaser may keep reasonable backup copies of software legitimately purchased from Master Furry LTD for their own use.

Backup copies remain subject to this EULA and must not be distributed to third parties.

Account Security

Customers should protect account credentials, download links and software files from unauthorised access.

If you believe your Master Furry account or software files have been compromised, contact support promptly.

Limitation of Licence

Except for the rights expressly granted in this EULA, all rights are reserved by Master Furry LTD.

No implied right to reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit Master Furry intellectual property is granted.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this EULA excludes or restricts any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a provision of this EULA conflicts with a mandatory legal protection applicable to a consumer, that mandatory protection applies to the extent required by law.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to customers in other jurisdictions.

Nothing in this EULA is intended to remove access to legal rights or remedies that applicable law requires.

Changes to This EULA

Master Furry LTD may update this EULA where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in software, licensing methods, security, technology or applicable legal requirements.

The current version will be published on the Master Furry website.
