legal agreement\n        between the original purchaser or authorised user (&#8220;you&#8221;)\n        and <strong>Master Furry LTD<\/strong> (&#8220;Master Furry&#8221;,\n        &#8220;we&#8221;, &#8220;us&#8221; or &#8220;our&#8221;).\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, activating\n        or using Master Furry software, you agree to comply with this\n        EULA.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If you do not agree with this EULA, you must not install,\n        access or use the relevant software.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 02 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">02<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Products Covered<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        This EULA applies to software and digital products supplied\n        by Master Furry LTD, including where applicable:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Master Furry Expert Advisors;<\/li>\n        <li>Master Furry Pro Expert Advisors;<\/li>\n        <li>MetaTrader software and related files;<\/li>\n        <li>Master Furry Algo Pro;<\/li>\n        <li>Master Furry Momentum Engine;<\/li>\n        <li>Master Furry Web Terminal;<\/li>\n        <li>Master Furry Control Center;<\/li>\n        <li>Master Furry AI Intelligence software and analytical systems;<\/li>\n        <li>MF Fusion AI and eligible workstation components;<\/li>\n        <li>Market Intelligence and related analytical components;<\/li>\n        <li>MF Quant Lab, MF Strategy Lab and FurryScript components;<\/li>\n        <li>Protected or Invite-only scripts and libraries where supplied by Master Furry LTD;<\/li>\n        <li>TradingView Pine Script products;<\/li>\n        <li>Indicators and technical-analysis software;<\/li>\n        <li>Algorithmic tools and trading systems;<\/li>\n        <li>Dashboards, interfaces and software components;<\/li>\n        <li>Associated documentation and user guides;<\/li>\n        <li>Software updates and replacement versions.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 03 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">03<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Grant of Licence<\/h2>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-licence-box\">\n\n        <p>\n            Subject to payment of any applicable purchase price or\n            maintenance of any required entitlement, and compliance with\n            this EULA, Master Furry LTD grants the original purchaser or\n            authorised user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable\n            licence to access, install or use the applicable software\n            according to the product or plan through which it is supplied.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        The licence allows use of the software but does not transfer\n        ownership of the software or any underlying intellectual\n        property.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 04 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">04<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Multiple Trading Accounts<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        The original purchaser may use eligible Master Furry software\n        on multiple trading accounts for their own use.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        This may include multiple compatible MetaTrader accounts,\n        brokers or other supported environments, provided the software\n        remains under the control and use of the original purchaser.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Multiple-account permission does not authorise distribution\n        of the software to unrelated third parties.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 05 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">05<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Multiple Devices<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        The purchaser may install eligible software on multiple\n        compatible computers, VPS environments or devices where\n        reasonably necessary for their own use.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        This does not permit commercial redistribution, account\n        sharing or provision of copies to other customers.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 06 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">06<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Lifetime Usage<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a product is sold with lifetime use, the licence permits\n        the original purchaser to continue using the purchased software\n        without recurring licence charges, subject to this EULA.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        &#8220;Lifetime&#8221; refers to the duration of the granted licence for\n        the purchased software and does not transfer intellectual\n        property ownership. A lifetime licence for one product does not\n        create lifetime entitlement to separate subscription services,\n        All Access features, cloud services, Market Intelligence or\n        separately licensed future products unless expressly stated.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Continued operation may depend on compatible third-party\n        platforms, operating systems, brokers, market-data services or\n        infrastructure that Master Furry LTD does not control.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 07 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">07<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Updates<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Where updates are included with the purchased product,\n        updates made generally available for that product are supplied\n        without an additional update charge.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Updates may include:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Bug fixes;<\/li>\n        <li>Performance improvements;<\/li>\n        <li>Compatibility updates;<\/li>\n        <li>Security improvements;<\/li>\n        <li>Interface improvements;<\/li>\n        <li>Feature refinements;<\/li>\n        <li>Documentation updates.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n    <p>\n        An entitlement to updates for one purchased product does not\n        automatically grant access to every separate future product,\n        service or product family developed by Master Furry LTD.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 08 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">08<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Ownership<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Master Furry LTD retains ownership of all rights, title and\n        interest in and to the software and associated intellectual\n        property.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        This includes, without limitation:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Source code;<\/li>\n        <li>Compiled software;<\/li>\n        <li>Pine Script code;<\/li>\n        <li>Algorithms;<\/li>\n        <li>Trading logic;<\/li>\n        <li>Scoring systems;<\/li>\n        <li>Signal-generation logic;<\/li>\n        <li>Market-classification logic;<\/li>\n        <li>Analytical models;<\/li>\n        <li>FurryScript compiler and runtime components;<\/li>\n        <li>Protected script libraries;<\/li>\n        <li>Market Intelligence calculations and derived research methods;<\/li>\n        <li>Strategy-testing and research logic;<\/li>\n        <li>Interfaces;<\/li>\n        <li>Dashboards;<\/li>\n        <li>Web Terminal components;<\/li>\n        <li>Control Center components;<\/li>\n        <li>Documentation;<\/li>\n        <li>Branding;<\/li>\n        <li>Visual designs;<\/li>\n        <li>Product names;<\/li>\n        <li>Proprietary methods.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 09 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">09<\/div>\n\n    <h2>No Transfer of Copyright or Source Rights<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Purchasing a Master Furry product is a purchase of a\n        <strong>licence to use the software<\/strong>.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        It does not transfer:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Copyright ownership;<\/li>\n        <li>Source-code ownership;<\/li>\n        <li>Algorithm ownership;<\/li>\n        <li>Trademark rights;<\/li>\n        <li>Resale rights;<\/li>\n        <li>Distribution rights;<\/li>\n        <li>Derivative-work rights except where expressly permitted by law.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 10 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">10<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Prohibited Distribution<\/h2>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-prohibited-box\">\n\n        <p>\n            You must not upload, share, publish, distribute, resell,\n            sublicense, rent, lease or otherwise provide Master Furry\n            software or protected code to another person or organisation\n            without written permission from Master Furry LTD.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        This prohibition includes distribution through:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Websites;<\/li>\n        <li>Forums;<\/li>\n        <li>File-sharing platforms;<\/li>\n        <li>Telegram groups;<\/li>\n        <li>Discord servers;<\/li>\n        <li>Cloud storage links;<\/li>\n        <li>Email distribution;<\/li>\n        <li>Commercial software marketplaces;<\/li>\n        <li>Social media groups;<\/li>\n        <li>Private resale arrangements.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 11 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">11<\/div>\n\n    <h2>No Resale<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        You may not resell Master Furry software, whether in its\n        original form or after modification.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        You may not package Master Furry software with another service\n        or product and charge another person for access to the\n        underlying software without written authorisation.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 12 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">12<\/div>\n\n    <h2>No Rebranding or White-Labelling<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        You may not remove Master Furry branding and present the\n        software as your own product.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Without written permission, you may not:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Rename the software for resale;<\/li>\n        <li>Replace Master Furry branding with another brand;<\/li>\n        <li>Claim authorship of the software;<\/li>\n        <li>Offer the software as a white-label product;<\/li>\n        <li>Misrepresent the origin or developer of the software.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 13 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">13<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Reverse Engineering &amp; Source Extraction<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Except to the extent applicable law expressly provides a\n        non-excludable right, you must not attempt to:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Reverse engineer the software;<\/li>\n        <li>Decompile protected software;<\/li>\n        <li>Disassemble protected software;<\/li>\n        <li>Extract proprietary source code;<\/li>\n        <li>Recover protected trading logic;<\/li>\n        <li>Bypass code protection;<\/li>\n        <li>Reconstruct proprietary algorithms;<\/li>\n        <li>Defeat obfuscation or licensing protections.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">13A<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Protected &amp; Invite-Only Software<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Certain scripts, algorithms, libraries or other digital products may\n        be supplied through protected or Invite-only access. Access approval,\n        entitlement controls, protected delivery or the ability to run a\n        protected product does not transfer ownership of the underlying code,\n        strategy logic or intellectual property.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Users must not bypass access controls, extract protected source,\n        impersonate another authorised user, share protected access with an\n        unauthorised person or use entitlement mechanisms to facilitate\n        unauthorised redistribution.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Where an Invite-only item is supplied by an independent developer\n        rather than by Master Furry LTD, ownership and permitted-use terms for\n        that developer&#8217;s item remain subject to the applicable developer terms\n        or licence. Master Furry platform access or entitlement infrastructure\n        does not by itself transfer that developer&#8217;s intellectual property to\n        Master Furry or to the user.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"mf-eula-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">13B<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Independent Developer Payment Arrangements<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a user and an independent developer separately agree a payment\n        or commercial arrangement concerning an Invite-only developer-supplied\n        item, that transaction is directly between those parties unless\n        expressly stated otherwise.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-info-box\">\n        <p>\n            <strong>Master Furry LTD does not receive, hold, process,\n            transfer or escrow money paid by a user to an independent\n            developer under such a separate arrangement and does not act as\n            the payment intermediary between them.<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        The user and developer may communicate and arrange any permitted\n        payment directly using a communication channel and payment method\n        they mutually choose, including independent external media, messaging,\n        banking or payment services.
