Subscription, Cancellation &amp; Refund Policy applies\n        to subscription-based Master Furry products and services\n        supplied by Master Furry LTD.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        This includes, where applicable, access to Master Furry\n        software, MF Fusion AI, Market Intelligence, online platforms,\n        premium services, Web Terminal, Control Center, AI Intelligence,\n        Quant Lab, Strategy Lab, digital tools, account-based services\n        and other subscription features.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        This Policy should be read together with our Terms &amp;\n        Conditions, Software Licence Agreement, Risk Disclosure\n        and any product-specific information displayed before\n        purchase.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">01A<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Invite-Only Products &amp; Independent Developer Arrangements<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        This Policy governs subscription payments made to Master Furry LTD\n        for products or services supplied by Master Furry LTD. It does not\n        govern a separate private payment or commercial arrangement made\n        directly between a user and an independent developer in connection\n        with an Invite-only product, script, strategy or other developer-\n        supplied item.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-rights-box\">\n        <p>\n            <strong>Master Furry LTD does not receive, hold, process,\n            transfer or escrow money paid by a user to an independent\n            developer under such an Invite-only arrangement.<\/strong>\n            Master Furry does not act as the payment intermediary between\n            the user and the developer.\n        <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        The user and independent developer communicate and arrange any\n        permitted payment directly with each other using a communication\n        channel and payment method they mutually choose. Those arrangements\n        may take place through external media, messaging, banking or payment\n        services that are independent of Master Furry LTD.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Any price, payment terms, refund arrangement, delivery obligation,\n        dispute or other commercial term agreed directly between the user\n        and independent developer is a matter between those parties, subject\n        to any rights and obligations that apply to them under applicable law.\n        Master Furry&#8217;s own subscription cancellation and refund rules do not\n        convert such a separate developer transaction into a payment made to\n        Master Furry LTD.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Access controls, entitlement technology, Invite-only visibility or\n        technical infrastructure supplied by Master Furry do not by themselves\n        make Master Furry the seller, merchant of record, payment processor or\n        escrow provider for a separate transaction between a user and an\n        independent developer.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 02 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">02<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Subscription Model<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Master Furry premium access is provided through a recurring\n        subscription model unless a particular product or offer\n        expressly states otherwise.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        When you purchase a subscription, you receive access to the\n        products, services and features included within the applicable\n        subscription for the relevant paid subscription period.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The subscription does not transfer ownership of Master Furry\n        software, source code, algorithms, platform technology,\n        intellectual property or other proprietary materials.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 03 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">03<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Recurring Payments &amp; Renewals<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Unless cancelled before the next renewal becomes due,\n        subscriptions may renew automatically according to the\n        billing interval and price disclosed when the subscription\n        is purchased.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        By maintaining an active Master Furry subscription, you authorise\n        the applicable recurring subscription charge to be collected using\n        your selected payment method in accordance with the subscription\n        terms presented at checkout. This paragraph concerns charges for\n        Master Furry subscriptions and does not apply to separate payments\n        arranged directly with an independent developer.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Customers who do not wish to continue their subscription\n        should cancel it before the next renewal charge becomes due.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 04 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">04<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Non-Refundable Subscription Payments<\/h2>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-no-refund-box\">\n\n        <p>\n            <strong>Subscription payments are non-refundable once\n            charged, except where a refund or other remedy is required\n            by applicable law.<\/strong>\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        This applies to initial subscription payments and subsequent\n        renewal payments once they have been successfully charged.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewal charges\n        but does not normally reverse or refund a subscription\n        payment that has already been processed.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        We therefore encourage customers to cancel before their next\n        renewal date if they do not wish to continue the service.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 05 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">05<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Cancel Anytime<\/h2>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-policy-box\">\n\n        <p>\n            Customers may cancel their Master Furry subscription at\n            any time. Cancellation prevents the subscription from\n            renewing again after the current paid subscription period.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        You do not need to continue subscribing if you no longer wish\n        to use Master Furry.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Cancellation applies prospectively. It stops future renewal\n        charges rather than creating a refund for a subscription\n        period that has already been paid.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 06 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">06<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Access After Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a customer cancels an active paid subscription,\n        cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the\n        subscription period that has already been paid for.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The customer may therefore continue using the subscription\n        products and premium services included in their plan until\n        the end of that paid period, unless access must be suspended\n        earlier because of fraud, chargeback, serious misuse,\n        security concerns or another lawful reason.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        When the paid subscription period ends, subscription-only\n        access may automatically expire.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 07 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">07<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Cancellation Is Not a Refund<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Cancellation and refund are separate concepts.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        <strong>Cancellation<\/strong> instructs Master Furry not to\n        renew the subscription for another billing period.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        A <strong>refund<\/strong> would return money already charged.\n        Under this Policy, subscription charges are normally\n        non-refundable once processed, subject to statutory rights\n        and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 08 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">08<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Unused Subscription Time<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Subscription payments are charged for access during the\n        applicable subscription period rather than according to\n        how frequently the customer actually uses the service.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        A customer choosing not to log in, trade, use the software,\n        access MF Fusion AI, Market Intelligence, the Web Terminal,\n        Control Center or other subscription features during a paid\n        period does not normally create a right to a refund or account\n        credit.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 09 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">09<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Changing Your Mind<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Subject to any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights that\n        apply under applicable law, changing your mind after a\n        subscription payment has been processed does not normally\n        entitle you to a refund.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        If you no longer want the service, you may cancel the\n        subscription so that it does not renew for another billing\n        period.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 10 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">10<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Technical Problems<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Master Furry LTD does not want customers left with a genuine\n        technical problem.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-support-box\">\n\n        <p>\n            If you cannot access or correctly use a Master Furry\n            subscription product because of a suspected technical\n            issue, please contact our Support Center or email\n            <strong>support@masterfurry.com<\/strong>.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        Depending on the circumstances, support may include:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>Account-access assistance;<\/li>\n        <li>Installation assistance;<\/li>\n        <li>Troubleshooting;<\/li>\n        <li>Configuration guidance;<\/li>\n        <li>Access restoration;<\/li>\n        <li>Compatibility guidance;<\/li>\n        <li>Bug investigation;<\/li>\n        <li>Software or platform updates where appropriate.<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 11 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">11<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Faulty or Non-Conforming Digital Services<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Nothing in this Policy removes legal rights or remedies that\n        apply where digital content or a digital service is faulty,\n        not as described or otherwise fails to meet mandatory\n        standards imposed by applicable consumer law.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"mf-rights-box\">\n\n        <p>\n            Our normal first step is to investigate and attempt to\n            resolve a genuine technical problem. This does not prevent\n            a customer from relying on statutory rights or remedies\n            that cannot lawfully be excluded.\n        <\/p>\n\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>\n        Where a mandatory legal remedy applies, the appropriate\n        remedy will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 12 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">12<\/div>\n\n    <h2>When a Routine Refund Will Not Normally Be Provided<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Subject to applicable statutory rights, Master Furry does\n        not normally provide a refund merely because:\n    <\/p>\n\n    <ul>\n        <li>\n            The customer changes their mind after a subscription\n            payment has been processed;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer forgot to cancel before a renewal;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer no longer wishes to trade;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer no longer wishes to use Master Furry;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer did not use some or all of the available\n            subscription period;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer expected guaranteed trading profits;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            A trading setup or signal produced a loss;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            Market conditions changed;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer disagrees with a technical or algorithmic\n            market assessment;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer did not read the product description,\n            documentation or applicable terms;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer&#8217;s broker, trading platform, device or\n            independent external service creates an issue that is\n            not caused by a defect in Master Furry;\n        <\/li>\n\n        <li>\n            The customer&#8217;s own configuration or environment prevents\n            correct operation.\n        <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 13 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">13<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Trading Performance Is Not a Refund Condition<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Master Furry provides software, technical-analysis tools,\n        algorithmic systems, real-time market intelligence and\n        related digital services.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Master Furry does not guarantee profitable trading or\n        investment results.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        A losing trade, unsuccessful setup, lower-than-expected\n        performance, missed opportunity or change in market\n        conditions does not by itself establish that the Master\n        Furry service is faulty and does not create a right to a\n        refund.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Trading outcomes depend on circumstances outside Master\n        Furry LTD&#8217;s control, including market movement, broker\n        execution, slippage, spreads, account size, leverage,\n        liquidity, customer configuration and customer decisions.\n    <\/p>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n<!-- 14 -->\n\n<section class=\"mf-refund-section\">\n\n    <div class=\"mf-section-number\">14<\/div>\n\n    <h2>Subscription Access &amp;
