Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Master Furry website, customer account, downloadable software, Expert Advisors, TradingView tools, indicators, algorithmic analysis products, MF Fusion AI, Master Furry AI Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Quant Lab, Strategy Lab, FurryScript-related features, market-data features, support services and any other digital products or services supplied by Master Furry LTD.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating or using a Master Furry product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase, access, download, install or use our products or services.

About Master Furry LTD

Master Furry LTD is a software technology and educational services provider. We develop and provide software, algorithmic tools, technical-analysis systems, MF Fusion AI, market intelligence, quantitative research, AI-assisted features, indicators and educational resources for traders and market participants.

Our Products & Services

Master Furry products and services may include, without limitation:

• Expert Advisors and automated trading software;
• MetaTrader-related tools and software;
• Master Furry Algo Pro and related algorithmic indicators;
• TradingView indicators and technical-analysis tools;
• Master Furry Momentum Engine;
• Master Furry AI Intelligence and MF Fusion AI;
• Market Intelligence, including eligible scorecards, positioning, macro and cross-market research;
• MF Quant Lab, MF Strategy Lab and FurryScript-related features;
• Protected and Invite-only products or libraries where applicable;
• Market scanners and opportunity-ranking systems;
• Real-time market data, charts and technical levels;
• BUY, SELL, SHORT, WATCH or similar algorithmic labels;
• Support and resistance analysis;
• Multi-timeframe analysis;
• Market structure analysis;
• Market regime and momentum analysis;
• Derived market-structure and price-level activity research, including Fusion Order Map;
• Macroeconomic and public positioning research;
• Backtesting, strategy-validation and quantitative research tools;
• Educational material, documentation and user guides;
• Technical support services.

Features may vary between products and versions. The relevant product page and documentation describe the principal features of each product at the time of purchase.

Software Licence & Lifetime Use

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, purchasing a Master Furry digital software product grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product.

Where a product is sold as a one-time purchase or with lifetime use, no recurring subscription fee is charged for continued use of that purchased product under the licence granted at the time of purchase.

The purchaser may install and use eligible Master Furry software on multiple trading accounts and compatible devices for their own use, unless a particular product page expressly specifies a different licence limitation.

The licence belongs to the original purchaser. Permission to use a product on multiple accounts does not give permission to distribute the product to other individuals or organisations.

A lifetime licence or lifetime-update entitlement for one purchased product does not create lifetime access to a separate subscription, All Access feature, cloud service, Market Intelligence service or materially separate future product unless that entitlement is expressly included in the applicable offer.

Updates

Where a Master Furry product is sold with lifetime updates, updates made generally available by Master Furry LTD for that purchased product are included without an additional update charge.

Updates may include bug fixes, compatibility changes, performance improvements, security improvements or additional functionality.

Lifetime updates do not necessarily entitle the purchaser to every future product that Master Furry LTD may develop. A materially separate product, service, platform or new product line may be offered separately.

Prohibited Use & Redistribution

Master Furry products, source logic, algorithms, designs, software and associated materials are proprietary intellectual property.

You must not, except where applicable law expressly permits it:

• Sell, sublicense, rent or redistribute our software;
• Share purchased files with another person or business;
• Publish our proprietary software for public download;
• Copy or rebrand a Master Furry product as your own;
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract protected source code or proprietary algorithmic logic;
• Remove copyright, branding, licence or ownership notices;
• Circumvent product-access, entitlement, Invite-only or security mechanisms;
• Extract or disclose protected script-library content or protected source through unauthorised means;
• Share protected access credentials or entitlements with unauthorised users;
• Use our services to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of material licence abuse, unauthorised redistribution, fraud or other serious breach of these Terms.

Invite-Only Products & Independent Developers

Master Furry may provide technical infrastructure through which protected or Invite-only scripts, strategies or other digital items can be made accessible to authorised users. An Invite-only item may be supplied by Master Furry LTD or, where expressly identified, by an independent developer.

Where an item is supplied by an independent developer, the developer remains responsible for the developer-supplied item and for any separate commercial terms the developer agrees directly with the user, subject to applicable law. Master Furry platform access, protected delivery, entitlement verification or Invite-only visibility does not by itself make Master Furry the seller of that independent developer-supplied item.

The user and independent developer may communicate and arrange any permitted payment directly using a communication channel and payment method they mutually choose, including independent external media, messaging, banking or payment services. Any price, payment, refund, delivery, product-specific support or other commercial term agreed directly between them remains a matter between those parties, subject to applicable law.

Master Furry providing technical hosting, protected delivery, entitlement verification or access controls does not by itself make Master Furry the merchant of record, payment processor or escrow provider for that separate transaction.

Orders, Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website apply at the time an order is placed, subject to any correction required for an obvious pricing or technical error.

Unless a product is expressly described as a subscription, Master Furry digital products are sold on a one-time-payment basis.

Payment must be successfully authorised before paid digital products or restricted services are made available.

We may use independent payment processors to process payments. Payment-card information may therefore be handled by the relevant payment provider rather than directly by Master Furry LTD.

This section concerns purchases made from Master Furry LTD. It does not apply to a separate payment arranged directly between a user and an independent developer as described in section 06A.

Digital Products, Cancellation & Refunds

Master Furry products are primarily digital content and software supplied electronically.

Subject always to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable once download, delivery, activation or access to the digital content has begun, where the applicable legal requirements for supplying such digital content have been satisfied.

Where required by applicable consumer law, we may ask you to expressly consent to immediate supply of digital content and to acknowledge the effect that beginning supply has on any applicable cancellation right.

If you experience a genuine technical problem, please contact support@masterfurry.com. Our normal approach is to investigate the issue and provide reasonable technical assistance, troubleshooting, replacement files or another appropriate remedy.

Customer Accounts & Security

Certain products and services require a Master Furry customer account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order and should keep relevant account information reasonably current.

Please contact us promptly if you believe your Master Furry account has been accessed without authorisation.

Trading & Investment Risk

Master Furry software cannot eliminate market risk, and no trading system can guarantee a profitable result.

You are responsible for deciding whether trading or investing is appropriate for you, for selecting your own risk exposure and for all trading or investment decisions made through your own accounts.

You should not trade money you cannot afford to lose and should consider obtaining independent professional advice where appropriate.

No Financial or Investment Advice

Master Furry LTD provides software, real-time market information, market-analysis technology, technical information and educational tools.

Nothing provided through our website, products, indicators, Expert Advisors, AI Intelligence systems, support service, documentation or communications constitutes personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

BUY, SELL, SHORT, WATCH, FORMING, READY, ACTIVE, QUALIFIED, CONFIRMED or similar labels produced by our systems represent outputs generated according to programmed analytical rules. They are not personalised instructions or guarantees to enter or exit a trade.

Automated Trading Software

Some Master Furry products may automatically interact with a trading platform when installed and enabled by the customer.

You remain responsible for configuring, enabling, disabling, monitoring and using automated trading software on your own trading account.

Automated software can be affected by circumstances including:

• Market volatility and gaps;
• Slippage and spread changes;
• Broker execution;
• Internet or VPS interruptions;
• Platform outages;
• Incorrect configuration;
• Trading-account restrictions;
• Third-party software changes;
• Unexpected market events.

Risk controls such as stop losses, profit targets or daily limits reduce or manage certain risks but cannot guarantee that a particular loss level will never be exceeded.

AI Intelligence & Algorithmic Analysis

Master Furry AI Intelligence and other algorithmic products process financial-market information through programmed analytical engines, technical models and scoring systems to generate outputs including scores, classifications, rankings, technical levels, signals, market regimes, market structure, momentum analysis and multi-timeframe analysis.

These outputs represent Master Furry’s computational interpretation of observed market conditions according to the rules and models used by the relevant product.

A technically valid signal, strong market classification or high analytical score may subsequently prove unsuccessful because financial-market conditions can change after the analysis is generated.

The use of AI, intelligence, algorithmic, predictive, score or similar terminology does not mean that Master Furry can predict future financial-market prices with certainty.

MF Fusion AI may combine verified source information and deterministic analytical engines with AI-assisted explanation. Where a setup state, score, readiness condition or calculated trade geometry is deterministic, the underlying programmed logic and verified inputs remain the basis of that output. AI-generated language may contain limitations or errors and should not be treated as authority to override a deterministic WAIT state or to create unsupported market facts, prices, forecasts or trade levels.

Market Intelligence & Derived Research

Market Intelligence may include Asset and Forex Scorecards, Top Setups, Trend Scores, confluence measurements, CFTC or other public positioning research, economic-event research, Economic Surprise, Economic Strength, economic-data heatmaps, cross-market relationships and Fusion Order Map.

Scores, rankings, states, percentiles, heatmaps and similar outputs are analytical or deterministic research measurements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not probabilities of profit, forecasts of a guaranteed future market move or personalised trading instructions.

CFTC-derived information reflects the relevant published futures positioning data and reporting period. It is not a complete view of global positioning and should not be treated as current spot-FX client sentiment.

Master Furry Economic Surprise and Economic Strength outputs are Master Furry research composites derived from the source information available to the feature. A positive or negative reading does not mean that the related market must subsequently move in the same direction.

Real-Time Market Data & Third-Party Infrastructure

Master Furry uses professional financial-market data infrastructure to power market displays and analytical functionality within the platform.

Master Furry currently uses Massive as a core provider of real-time and historical financial-market data. Market information received through connected data infrastructure may be processed by Master Furry’s proprietary charting, technical-analysis, market-structure, momentum, multi-timeframe, scoring and opportunity-detection systems.

Master Furry market prices received through its real-time market-data infrastructure represent genuine market-data observations. They are not simulated or randomly generated prices.

A broker’s executable price may differ slightly from a market price displayed by Master Furry because of bid/ask spread, liquidity sources, broker pricing, commission, markups, routing, slippage, market movement and other execution conditions.

Such differences do not by themselves mean that the underlying Master Furry market-data observation is incorrect.

Independent market-data infrastructure, internet services, hosting providers and other third-party technology can occasionally experience outages, connectivity failures, maintenance or other technical interruptions outside Master Furry LTD’s reasonable control.

Depending on the feature, information may be live, delayed, historical, weekly, public-source or calculated. Data can be affected by missing fields, stale snapshots, publication schedules, corrections, revisions, symbol mapping, provider limitations, market closures or technical outages. Users should consider displayed source, freshness and last-updated information when evaluating research.

TradingView, MetaTrader & Third-Party Brands

References to third-party platforms, products or trademarks are made for compatibility or identification purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Master Furry LTD is an independent software provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by the owners of those third-party platforms or brands.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Historical Results & Performance Information

Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

Backtests, historical signals, simulated results, example trades, setup histories, performance statistics, forward-tracked setups and other historical information are provided for informational and analytical purposes.

Actual trading results may differ because of market conditions, spreads, commissions, execution, slippage, liquidity, account configuration, broker conditions and other factors.

Strategy Lab, Quant Lab, FurryScript and related research tools may evaluate deterministic logic using historical or verified market observations and may display metrics such as win rate, profit factor, expectancy, drawdown, R-multiples or research breakdowns. Unless expressly identified as actual brokerage execution records, such backtest trades and metrics are analytical or hypothetical results, not trades executed in a particular customer’s live account.

Technical Requirements & Compatibility

You are responsible for maintaining the hardware, operating system, trading platform, internet connection and third-party services required to use a Master Furry product.

Third-party platforms may change their systems, APIs, requirements or functionality without our control.

We may release compatibility updates where reasonably practicable, but cannot guarantee perpetual compatibility with every future version of independent third-party software, broker environment or operating system.

Technical Support

Master Furry LTD provides reasonable technical support for its products.

Support may include assistance with installation, product access, configuration, troubleshooting and identified software issues.

Support does not include personalised financial advice, individual investment recommendations, broker services or instructions telling a customer whether to enter or exit a particular trade.

Support requests can be submitted through the Master Furry Support Center or by contacting support@masterfurry.com.

For an independent developer-supplied Invite-only item, Master Furry Support may assist with Master Furry platform access or entitlement issues. Master Furry does not automatically assume the independent developer’s obligations concerning product-specific delivery, support, refunds or a separate commercial arrangement and cannot refund money that Master Furry did not receive or process.

Intellectual Property

The Master Furry name, branding, website content, software, algorithms, interfaces, designs, indicators, documentation, graphics and proprietary technology are owned by or licensed to Master Furry LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product grants a licence to use that product. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property, source code, algorithm, brand or technology to the purchaser.

Protected Master Furry technology may include FurryScript compiler and runtime components, protected libraries, scoring and signal logic, Market Intelligence calculations, strategy-validation methods and proprietary interfaces.

Where a Master Furry tool permits a user to create original scripts, strategy specifications, journals, playbooks or other content, use of that tool does not by itself transfer ownership of Master Furry proprietary technology to the user, nor does Master Furry claim ownership of the user’s original content merely because the content is compiled, processed, analysed, stored or displayed by the service.

Availability, Maintenance & Changes

We aim to maintain reliable access to our website, real-time market-information features and online services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted technical availability under every circumstance.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security work, network interruption, independent infrastructure outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may improve, update or modify products and services over time, provided that we comply with our obligations under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law.

Subject to those protections, Master Furry LTD does not accept responsibility for trading or investment losses resulting from a user’s independent decision to trade, invest, configure or operate trading software.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by independent third-party failures outside our reasonable control, including broker execution failures, market-data infrastructure interruptions, trading-platform outages, internet-service failures or independent hosting failures, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or service where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unlawful use, security threats, unauthorised redistribution, material licence violations or a serious breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy a breach before termination.

Termination does not transfer or waive Master Furry LTD’s intellectual-property rights.

Privacy & Personal Information

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Master Furry Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Information may be processed where necessary to operate customer accounts, fulfil orders, provide digital access, deliver technical support, maintain security, meet legal obligations and operate our services, including where relevant MF Fusion AI, AI-assisted features, Community, saved research or other user-requested functionality.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to our services, technology, market-data infrastructure, security requirements, business operations or applicable law.

Updated Terms will be published on the Master Furry website. Where a change materially affects an existing customer’s rights in relation to an ongoing service, we will take such additional steps as applicable law requires.

Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory rights and protections under the laws applicable in your place of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded by these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any mandatory consumer right or access to a court or dispute-resolution mechanism that applicable law requires.
