SUBSCRIPTION TERMS - Master Furry

Agreement

These Subscription Terms form part of the agreement between you and Master Furry LTD when you purchase or maintain an eligible Master Furry subscription.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms together with our Terms & Conditions, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Software Licence Agreement and other applicable product terms.

Subscription Services

A Master Furry subscription may provide access to eligible products and services including:

Master Furry Web Terminal;
Master Furry Control Center;
Master Furry AI Intelligence;
Expert Advisors where included;
TradingView indicators where included;
Technical-analysis systems;
Algorithmic market intelligence;
Premium dashboards and interfaces;
Premium market-analysis features;
Documentation and product updates;
Other services identified as part of the applicable plan.

The precise products and features included in a subscription are determined by the plan or offer purchased by the customer.

Subscription Price & Billing Period

The subscription price, billing frequency and applicable taxes or charges will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

Depending on the subscription offered, billing may occur monthly, annually or at another clearly disclosed interval.

The billing period applicable to your subscription is the billing period presented to you when you subscribe.

Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled, an eligible Master Furry subscription automatically renews at the end of each applicable subscription period and the applicable subscription charge may be collected using the payment method associated with the subscription.

Customers who do not want another subscription period should cancel their subscription before the next renewal becomes due.

Payment Authorisation

By purchasing and maintaining an automatically renewing subscription, you authorise collection of the applicable recurring subscription payments using your selected or authorised payment method.

This authorisation continues until the subscription is cancelled, expires or is otherwise terminated.

Cancellation

You may cancel your Master Furry subscription at any time using the cancellation facilities available through your account or subscription-management system.

If you experience difficulty cancelling, you may contact Master Furry Support at support@masterfurry.com.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal of the subscription.

Effect of Cancellation

Unless applicable law, the subscription terms or a particular cancellation right requires otherwise, cancelling an active subscription normally prevents the next renewal rather than immediately terminating the current paid subscription period.

The customer may normally continue accessing eligible subscription services until the end of the period already paid for.

Subscription-only access may expire when that paid period ends.

Refunds

Subscription payments are normally non-refundable once charged. Cancelling a subscription does not normally create a refund for a subscription period that has already been paid.

This commercial policy is subject to statutory cancellation, refund and consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Consumer Cancellation & Cooling-Off Rights

Nothing in these Subscription Terms removes or restricts a statutory cooling-off, cancellation, refund or other consumer right that applies to you under applicable law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

The existence and effect of statutory cancellation rights may depend on matters including the nature of the digital content or service, when supply begins, whether immediate performance has been requested and any consent or acknowledgement required by applicable law.

Where Master Furry is legally required to provide a cancellation right, cooling-off notice, refund or other statutory remedy, the applicable legal requirement will take priority over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

Subscription Renewal Information

Master Furry may provide subscription, renewal, payment, cancellation or other account notices electronically, including by email or through the customer’s account.

Where applicable law requires a particular renewal reminder, information notice or other subscription communication, Master Furry will provide the applicable notice in accordance with the legal requirements applying at that time.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment cannot be successfully collected, the subscription may enter a pending, failed, suspended, on-hold or similar status.

Where supported, payment may be retried.

Master Furry may suspend or terminate subscription access where payment for the applicable subscription period has not been successfully received.

Access Requirements

Certain subscription products may require:

An active Master Furry account;
An active eligible subscription;
A compatible browser or device;
Internet connectivity;
Compatible trading software where relevant;
Third-party platforms or services where relevant.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the equipment, software and third-party services reasonably necessary to use the subscribed products.

Personal Subscription Access

Subscription access is provided to the customer associated with the relevant Master Furry account.

Customers must not sell, rent, sublicense, publicly share, redistribute or commercially exploit subscription access unless Master Furry LTD has expressly authorised that use.

Account Security

Customers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their Master Furry account credentials.

You should notify Master Furry promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorisation.

Subscription Features & Updates

Master Furry may update, improve, maintain or modify subscription products over time.

Updates may include bug fixes, security improvements, compatibility changes, interface improvements, analytical improvements, new functionality or changes necessary to maintain the service.

Master Furry may also retire, replace or materially modify individual features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer law and contractual obligations.

Market Data & External Infrastructure

Certain Master Furry subscription services use professional financial-market data infrastructure and independent technology services.

Master Furry currently uses Massive as a core provider of real-time and historical financial-market data for certain platform and analytical features.

Master Furry processes applicable market information through proprietary charting, technical-analysis, scoring, market-structure, momentum and market-intelligence systems.

Independent platforms, data providers, brokers, hosting infrastructure, internet services and other third parties remain subject to their own availability and technical requirements.

No Financial Advice

A Master Furry subscription provides access to software, technical analysis, algorithmic systems, market information and related digital services.

It does not create a personalised financial-adviser, investment-manager, broker or fiduciary relationship between Master Furry LTD and the customer.

Trading Results

Subscription payments purchase access to the applicable Master Furry services. They do not purchase or guarantee a particular trading result.

Losing trades, unsuccessful setups, missed opportunities, market changes or lower-than-expected trading performance do not by themselves establish that a subscription service is faulty.

Price Changes

Master Furry LTD may change the price of a subscription for future subscription periods.

Where required, customers will receive appropriate information concerning a price change before it applies.

A customer who does not wish to continue at an applicable future subscription price may cancel the subscription before the relevant renewal.

Suspension

Master Furry may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for:

Security;
Maintenance;
Technical investigation;
Suspected account compromise;
Payment failure;
Suspected fraud;
Serious misuse of the service;
Protection of Master Furry systems or other customers.

Termination for Serious Misuse

Master Furry LTD may terminate or restrict access where a customer materially breaches applicable terms, fraudulently accesses the service, unlawfully redistributes proprietary materials, attempts to compromise Master Furry systems or otherwise engages in serious misuse.

Any termination will remain subject to applicable contractual and consumer-law requirements.

Intellectual Property

Subscription payments provide access and applicable usage rights. They do not transfer ownership of Master Furry intellectual property.

Master Furry software, algorithms, analytical logic, interfaces, dashboards, source code, branding, documentation and other proprietary materials remain protected intellectual property.

Changes to These Subscription Terms

Master Furry LTD may update these Subscription Terms where reasonably necessary to reflect changes to products, subscription arrangements, payment systems, technology, business operations or applicable law.

Where a change materially affects an existing customer’s subscription rights or obligations, any notice required by applicable law will be provided.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes, restricts or overrides a statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Where a mandatory consumer-law requirement conflicts with these Terms, the mandatory legal requirement applies to the extent required by law.

Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to a customer in their place of residence.

Nothing in this section removes any jurisdictional or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
